TH400 Adaptor Kit to suit Nissan R32 GTR
-The use of our 3D Scanners made light work of the transfer case and the TH400.
-Two Piece output shaft design incorporated for ease of removal, eliminating the need to dismantle the gearbox to replace the shaft. As well as providing a more cost effective solution with only requiring a replacement of the spline when failure occurs.
-Constructed out of 6061 Billet Aluminium


1HD-FTE 6061 Billet Timing Cover
This timing cover was reverse engineered as they are becoming more rare to come by due to their brittle plastic construction combined with 30 years of Australian conditions
These were 3D scanned and then reversed engineered to be made out of 6061 billet aluminum to make them easily producible and accurate while adding a bit of bling to these old Landcruisers.

2022 Isuzu Mux
The roof of this 2022 Isuzu Mux was 3D Scanned at a shop for the design of a custom roof rack
The tailgate was also scanned for future development of a ladder rack to integrate into the roof rack

Chevy Silverado 2500 Snorkel Adaptor
The Chevy Silverado comes factory with a bonnet and bottom of bumper intake points.
This arises as an issue when developing a snorkel for these as-
1. The top mount intake hole is rectangular
2. The second intake is extremely low to the ground
So we developed a adaptor for the airbox to a 4" diameter for a snorkel to be fixed to. This also allowed us to position the angle of the spout towards the guard for easy of fabrication when coming to the snorkel.
We made a blanking cap for the bottom of grill intake hole to fully seal the airbox, taking full advantage of the snorkel.

Holden HQ
We 3D scanned this HQ for 8 Speed AU.
The entire engine bay, engine, wheel aches, under body, grill, bumper, lights etc. were scanned individually. This allowed for each individual component to be removed and added as needed. Perfect setup for design of a custom intercooler and pipework as well as billet headlight housings and the BMW 346 steering rack all integrated into this car.

Charge Pump Guards
The Company requested some guards to be made for their charge pumps. As these machines spin upwards of 2900 RPM and accident was immenent. These pumps were 3D scanned onsite. The design included breather holes situated throughout the guard to disperse heat and a service door with locking tabs for ease of access.
Picking up factory bolts therefore, no further fabrication required.

2022 Mazda BT50
We 3D Scanned the engine bay of this BT50 to design a custom alloy airbox. This airbox included of:
-3mm sheetmetal exterior compnents
-6061 Billet MAF Housing
-Tube laser cutting files for the intake pipe
-Acyrlic Lid
Made to suit the companies specialty filter dimesnions and a custom fit to the vehicle picking up all factory holes, pipes and mounting points.
